Description: Scaling a network for creative individuals demanded re-evaluation of our internal strategy. I lead and owned the design strategy and mission of this epic, devoted to create a space to showcase our contributor network through enhanced portfolios, and a new review process with structure that can scale and feed into our search engine. This meant that the application process needed to be highly visual, easy to use.
Process: Design strategy, story mapping, research (customer interviews, surveys, competitive analysis), empathy maps, UX journey mapping (ux, decisions trees), wire-frames, user testing, hi-fi mockups, copywriting, hand off/QA with engineering.
