Description: The government mandated ‘Wireless Code of Conduct’ as of Jan 1, 2018- allows users to unlock their wireless devices free of charge from any provider. Our team created a tool that enables users to unlock their devices free of charge in a self serve environment. This will help offload call volumes, reduce wait time and result in an overall better user experience. The strategy behind the tool was to make it available for any TELUS account, and to retain customers by providing customized offers. UI contains contributed elements and components into the TELUS Design System for quick assembly and launch.
