Sprinkle a small amount of product into the lid the jar, or into a slightly larger cosmetics mixing bowl that will easily accommodate the size of your kabuki brush. For light to medium coverage, swirl your kabuki brush into the minerals until the brush head is well coated, then tap off the excess mineral powder foundation, while still ensuring that all the bristles are lightly covered with the powder. If you need a heavier coverage, you can spritz your brush head a few times lightly with plain water before swirling in the minerals. Using a damp brush when combined with minerals will give you an extra level of coverage without having to use additional product. Once your brush head is covered, sweep the kabuki brush onto your face and blend the product into your skin using a gentle circular motion. Mineral powder foundation tends to blend and meld with your skin, the more blending you do, the better it will look, and the better coverage you will get. This is especially important when using the damp brush application method, as the foundation will be harder to blend as the brush gets drier.
