Carbonite | August 2018
Description: E-vault data backup was acquired Carbonite cloud backup. Working with customized portals for IT professionals that had varying tech and experiences, the objective was to unify the experience and rebrand the experience under Carbonite. After various customer interviews, and understanding the needs of the intended user, I designed a dashboard housing relevant information for those IT professionals from various companies that use the E-vault by Carbonite data backup portals.
Process: The design process included customer research, design strategy and planning, wire-framing, prototyping and hi-fi design delivery.
